M.Sc. Life Sciences (Partly by Paper Partly by Research - PPPR) is our brand-new programme started in 2022 and specifically carved for the employed candidates. There are meritorious individuals employed in industries with a zeal to pursue further education. However, their enthusiasm is deferred due to paucity of time and suitable avenues. It is of immense importance to harness this fervour for the progress of the individual and the organization. The inception of the M.Sc. Life Sciences (PPPR) is to sustain the passion of the employed for the attainment of knowledge through the Part Paper and Part Research programme. While undertaking this programme, the candidate can continue with the employment. The candidate can select one theory course of their choice, each semester. The courses offered include Advanced Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Advanced Immunology, Cell Biology and Genetic Engineering. On the other hand, the research part is integrated within the programme profile; therefore, the candidate can pursue a research project of their choice at their place of work.
