Advances in Biotechnology with Two Distinct Pathways

The M.Sc. Biotechnology programmes at SSBS are designed to build strong foundations in applied biological sciences, emerging technologies, and translational research. Through interdisciplinary coursework, intensive laboratory training, and structured research experience, students develop the skills required for careers in biotechnology, healthcare, and advanced research.

Programme Offered:

1- M.Sc. Biotechnology

A research and application-focused programme that integrates modern biotechnology concepts with hands-on laboratory training and a structured thesis. The programme prepares students for careers in biotechnology industries, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, and higher academic pursuits.

2- M.Sc. Biotechnology (Dual Degree)

An international pathway designed for globally oriented students. Participants complete the first year at SSBS and the second year at a partner university abroad, gaining international research exposure while earning two master’s degrees upon successful completion.

Dual Degree Options:

University of Adelaide (Australia)

M.Sc. Biotechnology (SSBS) +
M.Sc. Biotechnology (Adelaide)
